Our Story

It was suppose to be a one-week sideline job! In 2010 and on leave from a BPO Industry life, Paul Incon chanced to work part-time Tourist Driver as Bohol's Tourism Industry is booming big time that year. Tourism Industry and providing customer services is not new to him as he was working as a tourism front liner with the Loboc Tourism Office prior to his journey in BPO Industry. and have undergone intensive customer service skills training from basic to proactive,

A week becomes a month! Getting the hang of being a tourist driver providing tour services and with a strong desire to face new challenges and learning new things, Paul Incon gets hooked more and more specially learning how he can help improve his provider's services.

Blessed with an exciting challenge ahead. Having in mind the essentials of providing a good quality service in travel and tours, while having the liberty to handle and interact with guests/clients first-hand, Paul took the opportunity to study and understand the basics of operations, learning in-depth clients' perspective of their needs, planning and understanding each clients' unique travel style.

Going extra miles pays off!. Starting Incon Bohol Tours would not be possible if not because of the crazy challenge from a client whom was assigned to him for their Bohol Countryside Tour.

The test! after the countryside tour, right then they cancelled their island hopping tour arrangement with their previous provider and took a leap of faith with Paul Incon.
